アルドース-6-リン酸レダクターゼ (NADPH)

- D-ソルビトール-6-リン酸 + NADP+ D-グルコース-6-リン酸 + NADPH + H+
反応式の通り、この酵素の基質はD-ソルビトール-6-リン酸とNADP+、生成物はD-グルコース-6-リン酸とNADPHとH+である。
組織名はD-aldose-6-phosphate:NADP+ 1-oxidoreductaseで、別名にaldose 6-phosphate reductase, NADP+-dependent aldose 6-phosphate reductase, A6PR, aldose-6-P reductase, aldose-6-phosphate reductase, alditol 6-phosphate:NADP+ 1-oxidoreductase, aldose-6-phosphate reductase (NADPH)がある。
