反応式の通り、基質はピリドキサミン-5'-リン酸とH2OとO2、生成物はピリドキサール-5'-リン酸とNH3とH2O2である。
- (2) ピリドキシン-5'-リン酸 + O2 ピリドキサール-5'-リン酸 + H2O2
反応式の通り、基質はピリドキシン-5'-リン酸とO2、生成物はピリドキサール-5'-リン酸とH2O2である。
組織名はpyridoxamine-5'-phosphate:oxygen oxidoreductase (deaminating)で、別名にpyridoxamine 5'-phosphate oxidase, pyridoxamine phosphate oxidase, pyridoxine (pyridoxamine)phosphate oxidase, pyridoxine (pyridoxamine) 5'-phosphate oxidase, pyridoxaminephosphate oxidase (EC 1.4.3.5: deaminating), PMP oxidase, pyridoxol-5'-phosphate:oxygen oxidoreductase (deaminating) (incorrect), pyridoxamine-phosphate oxidase, PdxHがある。
