カルボニルレダクターゼ (NADPH)（carbonyl reductase (NADPH)）は、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。

R-CHOH-R' + NADP+ ⇌ R-CO-R' + NADPH + H+

反応式の通り、この酵素の基質は二級アルコールとNADP+、生成物はケトンとNADPHとH+である。

組織名はsecondary-alcohol:NADP+ oxidoreductaseで、別名には以下のものがある。
