ヨウ化物ペルオキシダーゼ

テンプレート:Enzyme ヨウ化物ペルオキシダーゼ（ヨウかぶつペルオキシダーゼ、iodide peroxidase）は、チロシン代謝酵素の一つで、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。

2 ヨウ化物 + H₂O₂ + 2 H⁺ $\rightleftharpoons$ I₂ + 2 H₂O

反応式の通り、この酵素の基質はヨウ化物とH₂O₂とH⁺、生成物はI₂とH₂Oである。補因子としてヘムを用いる。

組織名はiodide:hydrogen-peroxide oxidoreductaseで、別名にiodotyrosine deiodase、iodinase、iodoperoxidase (heme type)、thyroid peroxidase、iodide peroxidase-tyrosine iodinase、iodotyrosine deiodinase、monoiodotyrosine deiodinase、thyroperoxidase、tyrosine iodinase、TPOがある。
