現代アラビア語における数学表記

本項では現代アラビア語における数学の表記法について述べる。主に大学教育以前で使用されており、その形式は大半が西洋の記数法に起源を持つが、西洋とは異なるいくつかの特徴もある。

最も特徴的なことは、アラビア文字の記法に従い右から左へ書くという点がある。そのほかには、記号のラテン文字のアルファベットをアラビア文字に置換するなど、関数や関係にアラビア語の名称を使用したりなどの違いがある。
